Overview

Sustainability built into the building

Binghatti approaches sustainability through the building itself. With design, construction and delivery handled in-house, energy performance, materials and smart systems are decided at the drawing board rather than retrofitted later, from solar-generating facades to voice-controlled homes that cut everyday consumption.

Our Approach

Three places where it actually shows up.

Because Binghatti designs, builds and hands over its own towers, efficiency is decided in the drawings rather than added afterwards.

01

Design & Energy

Photovoltaic facades, high-performance glazing and shaded architectural fins reduce cooling loads in Dubai's climate. At Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti, a roughly 75,000 sq ft solar facade generates power on the building's own skin.

02

Construction & Materials

Binghatti's contracting heritage means construction methods, waste and material sourcing are controlled directly rather than passed to a third-party builder, supporting tighter site management and less rework across the pipeline.

03

People & Community

Health and safety on site, worker welfare standards, and homes designed around shared amenity, walkable podium levels and community space rather than unit count alone.

Case Study

Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti

The tower's exterior carries a solar-powered facade of roughly 75,000 sq ft, generating enough electricity to charge around 20 electric vehicles. It is the clearest example of Binghatti's approach: energy generation treated as an architectural element rather than equipment hidden on a roof.

In Practice

Specified early, not retrofitted.

Sustainability at Binghatti is product-led rather than paper-led. Because the group designs, builds and delivers its own towers, efficiency measures are specified early: facade performance and orientation, district cooling connections, LED and sensor-driven lighting, water-efficient fittings, and smart-home systems that let residents control lighting, curtains and climate directly. The same in-house model governs how materials are procured and how sites are run.

Compliance

Structure & oversight.

Binghatti Holding Limited is a privately held, vertically integrated developer headquartered on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Projects are executed under UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality green building regulations, with escrow, RERA registration and handover compliance managed for every development the group brings to market.
