Binghatti Terraces in Dubai Silicon Oasis acquired by Emirates NBD's Emirates Real Estate Fund.

Binghatti Vista and Binghatti Sapphires acquired by Bank Muscat's Izdihar Real Estate Fund.

Partnership with Jacob & Co announced for Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay.

Bugatti Residences launched, the world's first Bugatti-branded residential address.

Binghatti was founded by an engineer and is chaired by an architect, which is why the group's towers share one recognisable design language across every district in Dubai.
Dr. Hussain BinGhatti Aljbouri
Founded Binghatti in 2008, naming the company after his late father Ghatti Bin Ghaeb. Holds a PhD in Industrial Technology and a Master of Science from the Cranfield Institute of Technology.

An architect by training who set the group's distinctive visual identity and formed its partnerships with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co. Listed among Forbes' Top 100 Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders in the Middle East.
